The Palisades are beautiful on a sunny day, but they have a different-more subtle beauty- on a cloudy day. This painting is 14" x 13" and the frame makes it slightly larger.  It is covered in the back with a dust cover and wire hanger.  I have not listed that I will ship this(because  shipping varies so much according to location), but I will ship it and charge you actual shipping cost.  Alternately, if you're in the Sioux Falls area, you can pick it up at my house!
